   George joined CII in 1993 and became a Mergers & Acquisitions Team Member in 1995. He specializes in Financial Recasting and Valuation and has taught continuing professional education courses on the topic. He is an active member of the Central Florida Manufacturers Association and committee member.
   
   George grew up in a military family and attended the University of Hawaii whereupon he relocated to Florida in 1988 to spearhead the turnaround of a five-unit nightclub chain with $10.5M in revenues in preparation for a sale.
   
   In 1990, after selling the chain, he co-founded Classic American Properties. George negotiated numerous lease transactions and real estate sales for national chains.

   Mr. Rosen has made the transition from Business Broker to Business Intermediary with his focus on larger transactions. George's real estate experience has been focused in commercial leasing and the general business brokerage areas.
   
   Born into a military family in 1967, he has had the advantages of traveling all over the United States, including attending college at the University of Hawaii. Mr. Rosen joined Chi-Chi Mexican Restaurant in 1986, at the age of 19 and soon became the company's youngest manager. After opening five locations in Hawaii, he moved to Miami, where he finished his studies at Miami-Dade Community College. In 1989, as the Regional Manager for Studebaker's Night Clubs, George moved to Orlando, and was instrumental in the sale of the company in 1990. With the former President of Studebaker's, Mr. Rosen founded Classic American Properties and specialized in Tenant Representation for many national restaurant chains.
