   Vic Rose, Athletic Director, St. Emily School - Vic was honored for his 40 years of volunteer service in working with youth groups in a wide variety of sports activities and in numerous capacities. Currently he supervises the activities of more than 150 boys and girls, grades 4th through 8th, at St. Emily School. He has served as manger, coach, umpire, commissioner, groundskeeper, mentor and friend to kids and their parents in Little League Baseball, Midget Football, Pony League Baseball and a host of school and park district programs. Vic also served for 12 years as a member of the park board of the Mt. Prospect Park District.
   
   1998 John & Kathy Pullano - Husband and wife team has become synonymous with Mount Prospect Youth Sports. Involved with Mount Prospect Baseball Association for the past 12 years and, most recently, with the Junior Knights basketball program. Working with kids of all ages, both girls and boys. Also involved in program to help the physically challenged. Described as role models for the kids they work with.
