Vance Rose, C.O.O./General ManagerOver the past 22 years, Vance Rose has experienced each of the three tiers of the wine industry.Upon completion of his studies in business at USC in Los Angeles he set a plan to work in all aspects of the wine business: retail, wholesale and production.With this experience, Vance is uniquely qualified to leverage his understanding of the needs of each tier to shape his vision and approach to the wine trade and consumers for Ehlers Estate.

Prior to his role at Ehlers Estate, Vance held various positions such as President of The Donum Estate, a 250 acre property in Carneros, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Rosemount Estate of Australia, Regional Manager for Fetzer Vineyards, Branch Manager of a wine distributor in Austin and San Antonio, Texas and finally President/Owner of a wine and spirits retailer in Austin, Texas.
