   "Office space was at a premium, as we often had three people working in what used to be a storage closet," commented Dr. Tom Rose, Executive Director of FCHC.
   ...
   "Access to care barriers for our service population includes high poverty-low income rates, a shortage of providers within the immediate area, especially providers who accept public aid," noted Dr. Rose.
   ...
   "We believe that we are developing a dental model that will provide enough cash flow to meet expenses, and that would be a significant achievement," commented Dr. Rose. "There is enough need in the community to make dental as large as we can handle. We considered our six-operatory clinic to be more of a lab than a permanent solution to the dental needs of the community."
   
   While there are no concrete plans to open more sites at this time, in response to the needs of their community, the organization does plan additional growth.
   
   "FCHC needs to expand its case management services and social services department," stated Dr. Rose.

   "The choir and the staff devotional times give us a sense of common purpose and mission, and draw us together," noted Dr. Rose.

   The choir includes almost the whole staff anyway, so in a sense, we are practicing almost every week," commented Dr. Rose.
   
   "FCHC is a bit unique in that we have a very collaborative method of management that utilizes surveys, team meetings, and suite meetings, along with various committee meetings to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our patients and our staff," remarked Dr. Rose.
