Rose joins investment caster as president, from Howmet

Hitchiner Manufacturing Co.Inc. has announced several new executive appointments.Terence Rose has joined New Hampshire investment casting producer as president.Rose recently retired from Howmet Industrial Gas Turbines as vice president, where he had been responsible for global operations and sales and marketing for the industrial gas-turbine market market.

"This won't stimulate the right [economic] growth Kenosha is looking for," said Kenosha County Board Vice President Terry Rose, who has been a major opponent of the casino."A casino would bring unwanted things to the community like criminal conduct."

Rose added, however, 57 percent of Kenosha residents voted yes on a referendum to allow the casino to be built, referencing a 1998 vote.
