Felicitas Romero

Felicitas Romero has recently joined GilaNet, a division of Western Interactive in Silver City.She's a technical support representative assisting more than 3,000 customers spread over the company's five-county service area.Romero works mornings at GilaNet, and the afternoons at Western New Mexico Telephone Company as an assistant to the executive vice president.

The '97 Silver High School graduate is currently studying for her A+ certification on M/S Windows."When I complete the course, I'll be able to serve the people I deal with even better," she said.

Her biggest challenge is juggling family, work, and her studies."I know it'll pay off in the future," she added.Romero, and her husband, Alex, have one daughter, Feliciana.
