Pam Roland, American Lung Association of Nebraska
Pamela Roland is an RN and one of the few Certified Asthma Educators in Nebraska.She joined the American Lung Association of Nebraska as a member of the Omaha Asthma Alliance and now serves on local and state task forces.
Pam also provides community outreach to address asthma.For example, she served as the Family Chair of the 2003 Asthma Walk.Her enthusiasm helped her raise over $10,000, and recruit sponsors and teams.She has assisted in asthma screenings, led presentations during Asthma Certification Review classes, and is the Vice President of the Revenue Committee.With her passion, she is an ideal candidate to become a member of the Board of Directors.She is a shining star for the Association and a champion in our fight against lung disease.What's her motivation?Pam says, "Watching your children having difficulty breathing is horrible.
