Mr. Robleski currently serves as Managing Director of the Corporate Finance Group at Merrill Lynch Capital where he has responsibility for co-managing the group's geographically-focused deal teams and its capital markets teams.

Prior to joining Merrill Lynch Capital in March 2002, Mr. Robleski was Executive Vice President at Heller Financial, Inc., where he was responsible for managing the Corporate Finance Group's private equity sponsor teams and its private equity investment team, comprised of 85 professionals and $3 billion in assets.During his 19-year tenure at Heller, Mr. Robleski served in origination, underwriting and portfolio management roles in Heller's Chicago, Atlanta and Dallas offices.He has personally completed 50 transactions totaling over $2.1 billion in commitments, including $150 million in subordinated debt and equity.He has broad industry and transactional experience, with a particular focus on industry consolidations.
