Assistant Property Manager

Yesenia Robles has been with Rosen Management Services since 1999. She is the Renaissance woman of Rosen Management Services; multi-tasking is her middle name. She is an Assistant Property Manager, works with Accounting and is in the Sales/Refinancing Department. Yesenia is pursing a Criminal Justice degree from Roosevelt University, studied one year abroad at the University of Ponce Puerto Rico, and is anticipating her real estate license. Yesenia is a member of The Division Street Business Development Association and is fluent in Spanish.

As an Assistant Property Manager she works with the Property Managers to ensure the highest effective operations of the properties and to guarantee they are environmentally sound.

As an accountant for Rosen Management Services, Yesenia ensures that assessment fees are collected and payments to vendors are processed.

Yesenia is a hard worker who takes all responsibilities seriously. She has learned to be adaptive to change and do so in a professional manner. Her go-getter attitude influences her fellow co-workers and creates a positive atmosphere in the office.

Yesenia is recently the proud mother of a beautiful baby boy named Isaah Jacob.
