The associate for our area is a gentleman named Mike Robison.First a little bit about Mike and the work he does.Mike saw the world, and God's call, differently after his first short term mission trip to Ethiopia in 1994.After a number of years of advocating for work in Ethiopia, Mike left his career as an educator to join Presbyterian Frontier Fellowship. His career spanned more than 30 years as a teacher and principal.During that time he also became commissioned as a Lay Pastor in the Presbyterian Church and served in that capacity for 13 years.

Mike chaired the Ethiopian Partnership Committee and was the founding Chair of the iCARE Steering Committee of the Shenandoah Presbytery. He has traveled to Ethiopia and has orientated individuals and groups preparing for their visits. As a Lay Pastor, Mike preached, taught and ministered in a number of churches.

Mike is a mobilizer who has a passion to see congregations and individuals directly participate in reaching people groups that have never had the opportunity to hear the Gospel Message in their own language or cultural context. His focus is primarily acting as a resource for frontier mission initiatives in Central Asia and mobilizing Presbyterian Congregations and individuals in the Mid-Atlantic States to participate in bringing the Gospel Message to unreached peoples.
