Michael is a founding Director of WCA and a venture capitalist with specialist skills in the commercialisation of innovative environmental technologies.His experience has been particularly focussed on management structures, business analysis, legal agreements, financial modelling, corporate governance, venture capital raising, the negotiation of joint ventures and licenses and the preparation of technology companies for Stock Exchange listings.

Michael is currently a Director, Chairman and shareholder of several technology companies and was the Chairman of a waste services company until its back-door listing which resulted in the merged entity being listed on the ASX.He is a member of the Institute of Company Directors.
