Maureen K. Robinson has served on the SMYAL Board for three years and serves as SMYAL's treasurer.She is a consultant with her own practice that specialized in nonprofit management and governance , strategic planning and executive coaching.

Alina McClerklin is a licensed independent clinicla social worker who graduated from Simmons College School of Social Work. ( Boston , MA ).She has worked with youth in the Boston and DC area as a psychotherapist , coordinator for Families and Schools Together ( FAST ) and sexual assault prevention community education director.
