With nearly 20 years of experience as a Human Resources Professional, Jane has created AEA´s full-spectrum HR function, including strategic direction and policy development.She has designed and implemented Job Qualification & Responsibility Tables, an Employee Introductory Handbook, HR policies, and a 360 Degree Performance Evaluation Process and its instruments.Jane has also led the Staff Development Project, which has yielded Career Path, Mentoring, Career Coaching, Staff Development and Training, and Rewards and Recognition Programs.
