Robertson said as she has learned to relax her muscles more and let her spine do the moving she has found her body has become more flexible.She also found she doesn't get as tired as she used to and she has become more open to other people."The benefits of doing Tai Chi are more general and less specific," she said.She added the tendonitis she had when she first began Tai Chi gradually vanished.Teaching the art has helped her to learn it better, as she has to think about how she does things before demonstrating or explaining moves to students, she said. Doing Tai Chi revitalizes her and recharges her batteries.
