   Elizabeth Robertson, Organisational Development and Planning Manager [back to top] The Organisational Development and Planning Manager is accountable to the College Chief Executive and is a co-opted member of the College Management and Operational Boards. Elizabeth will work closely with Office Bearers who have responsibility for organisational development and planning. She will work with staff across the College at all levels as development and planning projects require, but will not have routine line management responsibility. Elizabeth,s career began in sports development and coaching, followed by a spell in academia. In 1998, Elizabeth joined the College and took the post of Education Development Officer. Since then, she has been involved in a number of development projects. Over the last twelve months, Elizabeth has focussed on the management of change, drawing together the findings of the College Strategic review and implementing its conclusions.
