YORKTOWN - Edith "Toots" Story Robertson, 85, passed away Wednesday afternoon, August 18, 2004 at her residence following an extended illness.
Mrs. Robertson was born in Detroit, MI and moved to Muncie at the age of ten.She graduated from Muncie Central High, Indiana Business and attended Ball State University.
During WW II she went to California and worked at a sub assembly plant for Lockeed as a stenographer in the Production Planning Department.She returned to Muncie and went to work at Delco Battery for the production Control Department, after two years she was promoted to secretary for two general managers and their plant managers during her twenty seven years of service at Delco Battery.
