   Nancy Roberts is President and Chief Executive Officer of Care New England Home Health, which includes the VNA of Care New England and Health Touch Inc (non-certified).Over 10,000 patients are visited annually by the organizations, 300 staff members.
   
   In 1988, Ms. Roberts successfully negotiated an affiliation agreement between the VNA and Care New England Health System, a major healthcare system in Rhode Island.Since then she has been instrumental in the formation of Care New England Home Health, where she currently serves as President and CEO.
   
   Ms. Roberts served as a consultant to the Rhode Island Department of Health and was instrumental in the development of a statewide MCH and Family Support home-visiting program.This program is nationally recognized as a model program.
   
   Ms. Roberts serves as a trustee and officer of numerous community and professional organizations.These include Corporator of Women and Infants Hospital, Butler Hospital Corporation Member, Board of Incorporators of Kent Hospital, Newton Nurse Scholarship Committee and Rhode Island Public Health Foundation.Additionally, she has served on the VNAA's since 1998, and has held the the position of Vice Chair and as well as Chair of the Education Committee.
