During this same time period, the OCIC has meet with and interviewed (A) counsel for the Official Unsecured Creditors Committee (the "OCC") and their financial advisor from PricewaterhouseCoopers, (B) Leroy Johnson, who is the Director of Enforcement for the State of Arizona Securities Commission, (C) Mark Roberts, the current Chief Financial Officer for BFA, and (D) John Althouse and Dennis McKelvie, staff counsel and assistant general counsel, respectively for BFA.
