Lance Roberts, Chief Operating Officer For 35 years Lance has been at the forefront of event production and management.He has obtained his skills and experience by working in various venues as a Theater Manager, Events Technical Producer, and as an Entertainment and Theater Manager for the Sycuan Casino.This type of diverse expertise allows Lance to help you create the Event / Entertainment atmosphere at your location.Lance has also been an instructor for a wide variety of technical skills; including Basic Lighting, Basic/Advanced Audio, Presentation Etiquette, "Setting the Stage", and Becoming The Stage Man and management.In addition to overseeing all our permanent installation engagements, Lance functions as the organizations Chief Operating Officer.
