   Lana Roberts organized her first major function as President of the Student's Association at Lethbridge Community College, a province wide conference for Student Association executives. Thus began her passion for organizing. After graduating from LCC in 1996, Lana worked in her trained profession as an administrative assistant. During the next 8 years, Lana organized several events from weddings and golf tournaments to small fundraising dinners.
   
   In January 2004, Lana opened her own event management company, In Any Event. During the first year of business, Lana met Amanda Jensen, who also had an event management company, and in January 2005 the two partnered.
   ...
   In April 2006, Lana bought Amanda's share of the business as she had decided to pursue other interests and spend more time with her kids. At this time, she also changed the name of the business to For Any Event.
   
   In 2005, For Any Event entered the Inaugural Chinook Entrepreneur Challenge and became a semi-finalist before being eliminated from the competition.
