Gay Roach has been a Texas-licensed real estate broker since 1980, specializing in residential sales with an emphasis on relocation brokerage.
In the past few years, she has started offering her services to buyers as a buyer's broker, a service she enjoys very much.
Gay has been actively and continuously involved in the Nacogdoches County Board of Realtors, service as President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Director in addtion to service as a member or chair of many important committees.
She was elected Realtor of the Year in 1983, and has been a consistent top producer of real estate sales in Nacogdoches county.
