  Owner, Tony Rizzuto also cautioned retailers to consider other community events when scheduling promotions. He emphasized the importance of advertising the event, but not far early so that people forget. Rizzuto mailed out invitations to 2,000 existing customers and displayed in-store signs announcing the new promotion.

  Tony Rizzuto has been a photographer for 12 years. Although his interests and photographic subjects are diverse, teaching is his primary passion. Tony is a 2001 Summer Intensive graduate and has spent the last eight years as the owner and head photographer at Sandbox Studios in Missoula, Montana where he caters to both corporate and private clients. Prior to focusing exclusively on his portrait studio, Tony served as the curriculum director at Rocky Mountain School of Photography. His work has been featured on the cover of Rocky Mountain Child and in the pages of Three Rivers Lifestyle Magazine.   During the week, Tony leads you through the towns of Calistoga and St. Helena to photograph a colorful farmers market and capture the culture of these two wine towns. For a behind-the-scenes view of a working vineyard, you create images of cask rooms and the interiors of small wineries.
  
  What You Learn: Tony’s relaxed attitude and sense of humor adds to the already good feeling you gain from being surrounded by the area’s natural beauty. During daily field shoots, Tony makes himself available to answer any questions that you have, and provides technical assistance with your own equipment. He also challenges you to experiment with new techniques and camera settings in order to explore your creativity.
