On December 6 IHPNA Board members Jim Hagerman, Regina Rizzi and Greg Congleton along with IHPNA President Doug Allen and Vice President Chloe Chitwood met with Bill Cole of the City of Knoxville's Traffic Engineering Department to discuss traffic calming in our neighborhood, especially on Spence Place, near the park, and on Island Home Boulevard.
