Raul Rivera

The driver of the car complained of neck pain and was taken to Victor Valley Hospital for minor injuries, said CHP Officer Raul Rivera.

According to officer Raul Rivera who was at the scene, the suspect continued to drive south along the canal until the car came to a stop when the driver hit a tree.

The incident took place at approximately 3:30 p.m. Monday, said CHP Officer Raul Rivera.
