Carol Rivera-O'Connell has been in the BAK family since May 2000.She works at Sequoia Hospital in both acute and sub-acute facilities.She has 13 years experience as an Occupational Therapist.She has worked in a variety of settings including acute rehab, skilled nursing, home health, out-patient and pediatrics.She was one of the S.T.A.R.S. awardee at Sequoia Hospital in Spring of 2002.
