Mae Rivera-Moreno, Microsoft Phils communications manager said: "These remain key priorities for us as we go into the next decade with our new Managing Director Pepeng."
"We should not forget that Pepeng has also been at Microsoft for over four years. He is ready to take on the responsibilities and take Microsoft Philippines to greater heights."
Rivera-Moreno said there is no revamp happening in the organization setup of Microsoft.
Pepeng took over from TJ Javier who has been at the helm of Microsoft Philippines for nearly four years.
Under Javier's leadership, the company grew from strength to strength and has delivered a stellar performance, making the company where it is today in Philippines.
Rivera-Moreno said Javier and Microsoft parted ways on very good terms and added that Microsoft acknowledges his (Javier's) performance and recognizes his talent and his outstanding contribution to Microsoft.
...
After exploring the opportunities, TJ eventually made the decision to stay in the country," Rivera-Moreno said.
She explained that there are no immediate changes in the organization setup of Microsoft Phils as Pepeng will definitely continue all the successful programs of Microsoft under TJ's tenure.
