Eladio Rivera-Lassen

Eladio Rivera-Lassen started his professional career in 1986 as an environmental specialist and Bidding Board member.He continued as Equipment director from 1992-1997 and since 1995 to present, Interagency Coordinator for emergencies for the State Emergencies and Disasters Management Agency.Eladio has a B.A. in Education, B.S. in Biology and his Masters in Science / Biology.He has served in the Armed forces for more than 20 years.Eladio has since dedicated his time and talents to assisting youth to better their education and their futures.

Dra. Yvonne Rodriguez Conesa is the Medical Doctor for White River Academy.She graduated from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine and Universidad de Puerto Rico School of Medicine on June 30, 1988.She has been practicing medicine ever since and currently has her own practice in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.
