Jorge Rivas is the Eastlake Revitalization Initiative and Family Economic Success Program Coordinator at the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC).A UC Berkeley graduate, Jorge has spent the past five years volunteering and organizing residents and merchants in Oakland.His strong belief in Peoples' mission led him to seek a position on the board.As the board's youngest member, Jorge brings fresh energy, new ideas, and a unique perspective.He looks forward to engaging himself in activities that interest him such as VITA, financial education, and outreach.Jorge joined the board in 2006 and serves on Peoples' outreach committee.
