Mr. Rivas main duties is management of Mac-Bestos Inc... Mr. Rivas has fiscal responsibility for all operations. Mr. Rivas oversees staffing, public relations, contract negotiations, purchasing, profit/loss, marketing, project scheduling, the development of company policies and assuring all OSHA, HUD, EPA, city, county and state rules and regulations are adhered too at the strictest standards. As a project superintendent Mr. Rivas has been involved and managed many hazardous waste removal projects including but not limited to asbestos abatement, lead-based paint abatement, soil remediation, and the clean up of PCB containing materials and mercury.
