Jessica is an associate in the Minneapolis office, having joined the firm in 2002.Her prior work as judicial clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals and as judicial intern at the U.S. District Court in Minnesota led to a passion for guiding clients through the trial and appellate processes.Jessica primarily represents product manufacturers, distributors, agri-businesses, and employers in state and federal courts nationwide.She focuses her practice on product liability litigation, catastrophic fires and explosions litigation, appeals, and employment law.

Jessica placed first in William Mitchell School of Law's Rosalie E. Wahl Moot Court Competition, and she was the recipient of the Jurist Scholarship from 1999 to 2001.Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, she served as the judicial clerk for two judges in the Minnesota Court of Appeals and as an intern for U.S. District Judge Paul Magnuson.

Jessica volunteers her time for the Volunteer Lawyers Network and has worked for several non-profit organizations.

Jessica is a member of the American, Minnesota and Hennepin County Bar Associations.She also belongs to Minnesota Women Lawyers, Inc., the Propane Gas Defense Association, the International Association of Arson Investigators, Inc. and the Defense Research Institute.
