Glen RitchieGlen C. Ritchie joined Quinn Marketing & Communications (QMC) as the Information Technology Manager in early 2004.Glen holds his Bachelor of Science, Computer Science degree from North Dakota State University and has a strong background in website design and construction.Glen manages and maintains the entire QMC website, oversees data mining and CRM administration, and is the technical administrator for the Mystery Customer Program data, liasing between QMC and the SASSIE Mystery Shopping Systems.
