Charter Appoints Gregory S. Rigdon Senior Vice President of Business Development
ST. LOUIS - Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:CHTR) today announced the appointment of Gregory S. Rigdon as Senior Vice President of Business Development.
Grier C. Raclin, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, said that, in this newly created position, Mr. Rigdon will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, negotiating and executing strategic partnerships and other revenue generating opportunities for Charter.

Prior to joining Charter, Mr. Rigdon was with America Online, Inc. since 1997, most recently serving as Vice President, Programming, Strategy and Business Development, where he was responsible for structuring and negotiating all content licensing and acquisition deals for the AOL Network and developing programming strategies and analysis across AOL's vertical content areas.
During his tenure at America Online, Mr. Rigdon also served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the AOL Commerce Division and Vice President, Business Affairs.
Previously, Mr. Rigdon served as a Senior Associate at REM Capital Corporation and KPMG, BARENTS GROUP, Merchant Banking Division, where he was responsible for debt and equity placements and business development efforts.
Mr. Rigdon received a B.A. degree with high honors from Oberlin College and a Master of Arts degree in Russian Studies from Princeton University.
