At the 2008 Kentucky Association of Conservation Districts' annual meeting in Lexington, Charlotte Rigdon was recognized for 50 years of service to local landowners and the community.Rigdon has been the district administrative secretary for the Barren County Conservation District and has worked as a partner with the Natural Resource Conservation Service.She has been directly involved in the implementation of many projects in Barren County.
