Mr. Rigdon is licensed as both an Attorney and Real Estate Broker in the state of California.As an attorney for over 30 years, he has maintained a law practice that has included a primary emphasis in real estate matters both in transactional and litigation.Some of the typical real estate matters that Mr. Rigdon has handled include title problems; broker-client relationships; real estate contract disputes; disclosure problems and other related real estate matters.

As a California Real Estate Broker for 19 years, Mr. Rigdon has represented both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of commercial and industrial properties.Having the additional background and experience as an attorney has provided Mr. Rigdon's clients additional insight and protection in their involvement with real estate matters.

Mr. Rigdon will be primarily involved in the firm's Real Estate Division.He brings to the firm a varied and widely diverse background in real estate matters both in legal representation and in the acquisition and sale of real property.He will assist in the firm's directions and goals in providing quality representation to the firm's real estate clients.

Mr. Rigdon completed his undergraduate studies at Carnegie Institute of Technology in Electrical Engineering and his legal education at the University of West Los Angeles, receiving a LLB degree in 1970.Prior to becoming an Attorney and Real Estate Broker, Mr. Rigdon had several engineering assignments in the aerospace industries.
