Jim Rickard, that is right, we also have Mr. Rickard!Well, Mr. Rickard is a unique personality also.He is an outstanding math teacher from Bismark, North Dakota.Check this out, "On February 5, 2006 DAA math teacher, Jim Rickard took three eighth graders Leanna Quaile, Mathew Boyko, and Gabrielle Myers and one seventh grader Thomas Chapman, from Brentwood SDA Elementary School to the Math Counts in Bismarck.Leanna Quaile received second place at the competition.The students competed against 96 of the best math students in the Burleigh and Morton counties."Mr. Rickard is a winner!He is our new math teacher and is the Junior Class Sponsor.

Jim Rickard - Math Teacher

Mr. Rickard came to Dakota Adventist Academy in the summer of 1996 and has been working to improve the music and math programs ever since.After developing an elementary music program, he now focuses on teaching math and leading out in praise and worship.Mr. Rickard received a Bachelor of Music and B.S. degree while taking classes with the University of South Dakota, Griggs University, and Union College.While he's not teaching, he enjoys music, motorcycling, jet skiing, bicycling, snowboarding, and water sports.

On January 3, two vans and a car pulled out of Dakota Adventist Academy with History Teacher, Ron Huff, Math Teacher, Jim Rickard, and Development Director, Richelle Rickard behind the wheels.

The Human Song drama team which consists of Jared Woll, Marie St. Claire, Kelli Weinke, Fah Chulapamornsri, Kiersten Adels, Tong Wattananon, along with Jim & Richelle Rickard put on a drama/music sermon.

On April 12 Jim Rickard took 6 of his math students to Minot for the freshman/sophomore math competition.
