Adrian Rickard, Head of Account and Market Management
Adrian Rickard joined Government Skills on an interim basis in April 2008 as Head of Account and Market Management.He is an interim HR executive with extensive recent experience in public sector reform and reorganisation.He has thirty years' experience of the private sector, having held senior HR positions in international oil, banking and insurance companies.In recent years, he has undertaken a range of short,term assignments in and around central government for clients such as Defra, Sport England, Department of Health, Department of Work and Pensions, and the British Council.He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
