In 1971, David Richardson founded a Company known as Bay Labor Inc., whose focus was to provide Temporary Staffing to a variety of businesses seeking people to fill jobs ranging from secretarial to production and distribution.Bay Labor later became Bay Services Inc., or BSI Temporaries.
By 1989, BSI had expanded into seven states with 24 offices and generated over $26 Million in annual sales revenue.
By 1992, National Expansion, was realized for BSI as it merged with three other major staffing agencies, strategically located across America, to form Accu-Staff.David became the first Chairman of the Board for Accu-Staff, a company which grew to over $2 Billion in revenues by 1998, before its sell-off of the Light Industrial and Clerical Segments.
In 1994, David Richardson formed Client Support Services Incorporated (CSSI) to focus away from Temporary Staffing by placing an emphasis on customers who outsource all or part of their core full-time workforce.
