Amy is currently enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.Prior to that, Amy was an associate with Lindsay Goldberg & Bessemer, a private equity firm with over $5 billion in assets under management.Her role was to evaluate new investment opportunities and to work with portfolio company management teams on operational improvements.Amy came to her current job after two years in the leveraged finance group at Deutsche Bank.Prior to beginning her career in finance, Amy ran a climate change study in Brazil with support from Harvard University and NASA.

Ms. Rice joined Lindsay Goldberg & Bessemer in 2005.Previously, she worked as an analyst in Deutsche Bank's Leveraged Finance group in New York.Prior to that, she worked for NASA leading a research study in Brazil.Ms. Rice earned an A.B. in Biology at Harvard College.She is actively involved with Pike Electric, Inc., Pride Manufacturing Company, LLC, and Identity Group, Inc.She also serves as a board member of Stoked Mentoring.
