Photo - Allison Rice Allison Rice is the Solutions Desk and Training Manager for TenA Companies, Inc., a mortgage quality control firm. Her Solutions Desk team provides assistance, clarification and answers to client generated inquiries across diverse mortgage lending topics. She also oversees the recruitment and training of TenA's education team which provides colloquium, seminar, in-house, on-site and web-based training services. She has developed and taught numerous core QC Audit training programs as well as advanced audit programs such as Fraud Analysis, Sampling Theory, Report Development, EPD/Foreclosure Analysis, Compliance, and QC for Servicing. Allison's mortgage expertise covers federal and state compliance matters, agency specific guidelines and current mortgage industry best business practices. She holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and, prior to joining TenA, filled various customer service, management and financial analysis roles.
