Lourdes Ribera was born in Bolivia and came to the U.S. to study at the age of 17.Lourdes has worked for Procter & Gamble for 25 years.Ten of those years were spent in England and Spain where she was transferred by P&G on an International assignment.

Lourdes works in the Multicultural Business Development Organization, dedicated to meeting the needs of U.S. Hispanic and African-American consumers.Lourdes handles the multicultural community outreach programs for P&G, interacts with stakeholders and the media and manages the www.pg.com/diversity external website.

Lourdes is a member of Toastmasters International.She is presently Vice President of Public Relations of the Toast & Talk branch.She is also a founding member of the Cincinnati chapter of LULAC.

Lourdes has a passion for dancing.She is a member of the board of the Silver River Arts Project, an organization dedicated to promoting and expanding Tango in Cincinnati.She is also a member of Danza Contigo Peru dance troupe, which promotes Peruvian folkloric dances.
