Kerry Rial Kerry Rial is member of the Tennessee Credit Union League Board of Directors.He was selected by the Board in 2001 to serve to serve the balance of an unexpired term as a League director representing West Tennessee's small credit unions.Kerry is Manager of Madison County Industrial Park Credit Union in Jackson, Tennessee.
