   Mr. Rhone is seconded by Edison Capital to Emerging Markets Partnership (Europe) Ltd, where he serves as a Senior Adviser. Prior to this secondment, Mr Rhone headed Edison Capitals's Washington, DC office, and was responsible for the company's activities in the Latin America region. From 1997 to 2000 Mr Rhone was seconded to Emerging Markets Partnership, in Washington DC, where he served as a Director with the power and natural resources sectors of the Latin American group. From 1990 to 1996 Mr. Rhone held various positions with Edison Capital. He worked with the Affordable Housing Group, Projec Finance Group and Leasing Operations. Most recently he had served as a Director with the Project Finance and Leasing Group. Mr Rhone holds a BA degree in Economics, summa cum laude, and an M.B.A., both from the University of California, Los Angeles.
