Kim manages the total client relationship of Nitty-Gritty Solutions' Nonsubscriber Insurance employers.She supervises the placement of all Nonsubscriber coverage, and has underwritten a record-breaking $100 million in premiums.That achievement is a testimony to Kim's understanding of the Nonsubscription marketplace, and the changing issues that make such employee injury benefit programs an attractive and affordable alternative to traditional Workers' Compensation coverage.

Over the past 15 years, she has developed both a discerning and enthusiastic approach to resolving the variety of challenges that arise from the laser-like attention to on-the-job injury and the expectations of return-to-work goals.Kim and her staff stay on top of the details and execute a smooth operation to provide knowledgeable, timely and courteous customer service on a consistent basis.When appropriate, she effectively negotiates the concerns of the employer, the insurance carrier and the injured worker.

With a BS degree in advertising and marketing, Kim uses her highly practiced communications skills to craft appropriate administrative procedures, complete summary plan descriptions, and claims and reimbursement procedures.

One of the developers of Nitty-Gritty Solutions' Combined Nonsubscriber and Health Coverage Program, Kim developed underwriting guidelines, claims processing procedures, pricing software, and marketing materials.

Her knowledge of Nonsubscription and the customer service arena provide an outstanding springboard to her ability to train clients' employees on insurance and risk management insurance issues and administration.Kim is active in the Texas Association of Responsible Nonsubscribers (TXANS).
