Scott E. Rhodes has over 25 years of experience in the Technical Services Industry.Prior to joining Butler, Scott was the Vice President of Outsourcing Operations for Unique Sourcing Alternatives (USAlternatives) as well as Cadigen, Inc., a Merger and Acquisition Outsourcing and a Functional Outsourcing company.Before that he was Director of Engineering Operations, NA, for CDI Engineering Services.As Director of Engineering, Scott's responsibilities included management of fourteen dedicated Outsourcing Operations and six Engineering and Design Centers in US, Canada, and Mexico.

Scott was instrumental in the growth of Functional Outsourcing Services culminating in the delivery of over $100 million per year in functional outsourcing and project-based services since 1993.Scott was responsible for operationally managing and leading a staff of over 800 technical professionals.Scott developed and deployed innovative methods for packaging project deliverables enabling the outsourcing of engineering related functions.Prior to that Scott held various Engineering and Operational Management positions at United Engineers, Inc.Scott last served as the Manager of Operations where he recruited, trained and managed technical staff and developed numerous work processes and procedures.Scott originated and pioneered the creation and development of a functional outsourcing and technical services business model.He is certified as an ISO 9000 Auditor as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt.Scott's role within Butler International is to help potential clients recognize and define specific areas within their own technical support operations that would be ideal outsourcing candidates, and therefore more cost effectively obtain these services externally from Butler, rather than continuing to perform these functions internally.

Scott is responsible for the implementation of Cadigen's outsourcing operations and the delivery of Cadigen's outsourcing services.In this role Scott is responsible for service delivery, quality assurance and project management processes.Scott also has overall P&L responsibility for the outsourced operations.

Prior to joining Cadigen, Scott was the Director of Operations for CDI Engineering Services.At CDI Scott's responsibilities include management of fourteen dedicated outsource operations and six Engineering and Design Centers in US, Canada, and Mexico.Scott was instrumental in the growth of CDI's Functional Outsourcing Services culminated in the delivery of over $100 million in functional outsourcing and project-based services since 1993.Scott developed and deployed innovative methods for projectizing CAD deliverables enabling the outsourcing of engineering related functions.
