Enders' Family Publishing's Publishing Director, Kathleen Rhodes, is in charge of all publishing matters concerning the written story.Kat ensures the integrity of the EFP mission and vision.She is the approval authority for new labels and establishes the parameters and guidelines through which each label is published.Kat is responsible for ensuring readability through appropriate content, a thorough editing process and overall book design.She brings fifteen years of experience in the field of publishing and writing to EFP.

Nearly all of Kat's professional experience is in freelance work.She began contributing to local newspapers in 1987 and has been working as a freelance editor, assisting several dozen journalists

and other writers by ensuring them ready-to-publish copy since 1998.She has also written technical manuals for operating procedures for Pinkerton Securities, Princeton Radiology

and the McGraw Hill Book Company Stores Department.

Kat is currently pursuing a BA in English at The College of New Jersey having begun her studies at Syracuse University.She achieved Dean's List status during her full-time enrollment at both The College of New Jersey and Syracuse University.Kat supplements her formal education through attendance at annual writers seminars.

Kat lives in the Philadelphia area.She enjoys motorcycling and has attended several biker rallies in Pa. and N.J.She
