   Terry Rhode, Rosenau IT manager, was called to the scene.Because he was responsible for the recovery of their information systems, he immediately knew what to do.He called Banks-Hill for help. Fortunately, we were already at the office when Terry called.He kept us informed of the status of the fire via cell phone.
