Manager, Marketing and Business Development

Lisa holds a degree in Development and International Affairs and a diploma in Business Management.She has been working as a Senior Consultant for CPCS Transcom since 2001 and is currently involved in developing the company's overall business and marketing strategies.She has developed a strong background in international development, global marketing, strategic planning and public relations.

As Manager, Marketing and Business Development, Lisa is responsible for ensuring all relevant business opportunities are scanned and properly addressed.She manages the preparation of large-scale project proposals and is involved in developing, recruiting and contracting comprehensive teams of multi-disciplinary consultants.She is currently working with Management to help develop new practice areas, develop integrated human resource policies, and initiate new business development strategies.

In addition to her marketing and business development responsibilities, Lisa has applied her strong organizational and management skills to effectively coordinate several transport sector assignments in developing countries, including Tanzania, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Thailand and India.
