Steve and Von introduced this topic by showing how to develop marketing strategies.First, it is necessary to identify the purpose of the strategy and clearly define what the company expects to achieve, and why.Once those questions have been answered, goals are established and a plan is developed on how to reach those goals, in what time frame, and for how much money.Tools and resources are allocated and possible obstacles must be established and a backup plan produced.Each workshop participant then cited examples of particular markets from their own companies that have been developed.
