Stephanie Reyna Vice President, Operations ERA Franchise Systems LLC

Stephanie Reyna is vice president, Operations, ERA Franchise Systems LLC. She is responsible for the operational and administrative facets of the business, and interfaces with the support services of the Realogy Franchise Group. An advocate for the ERA® brand, she ensures that the brand's efforts are strongly supported by the Realogy infrastructure and that the needs of its affiliates are met.

Reyna started her career with ERA Real Estate in 1993 as manager of the awards and recognition program; becoming the director for that group in 1996. Reyna and her team developed the Leadership Awards Program, the ERA national and international recognition program. She was also a key player in the development of CREST, our integrated cross-brand transaction management and awards processing platform.

Her achievements brought about additional responsibilities that have increasingly encompassed the operations and broker relationship side of the business. As vice president, internal operations, Reyna took on responsibility for the Service Operations group, tasked with identifying, driving and implementing programs that better serve ERA affiliates and their business needs.

Reyna brings an in-depth understanding of the business issues facing ERA brokers and sales associates to her new position, as well as a solid track record of improving their customer experience with ERA Real Estate.

The trip may cost $2,000 to $3,000 per person, says Stephanie Reyna, ERA's director of awards and recognition. If that sounds expensive, comparatively it's not. That price tag roughly matched the cost of a recent trek to a Palm Springs conference, Reyna says.

What's more, Monaco more than paid for itself. To qualify, the five top-volume performers each sold $28 million to $42 million in property in 1998.And ERA insists its travel prizes set the company apart from some others, serving as a recruiting tool that lures stars away from the competition."We treat people like royalty so they'll keep doing what they do and go back and talk about the travel and say how wonderful we are as a company," Reyna says.
