Mr. Reyna graduated from the El Paso County Sheriff's Department Academy in August 1988. He served with that department reaching the rank of Sgt. and Lt. getting promoted faster than any other Officer in the history of that division. In 1994 Ron left El Paso to pursue a career in the private security industry in the Las Vegas Market where he worked as a special investigative officer for the Sahara Security Corporation, he worked directly under the Chief of Security to revamp and streamline the operations as well as to locate and eliminate all unlawful activity at a local well known casino, while working in an undercover capacity for an extended period of time. Ron's work directly impacted and redefined that casinos security department. Ron's management experience includes frontline at the Sheriff's Department to ownership of his own private investigation firm. Ron has experience as an operations manager in the private security industry, high end retail loss prevention, executive protection, and special event coordination. Ron is a native of Texas and is married.
